Online Sessions will request a payment in full to complete booking. Payments for Weddings or Specialty sessions will be processed via invoice. Invoices and Contracts will have notated payment due dates.

Submit Digital Image selection to our graphics team Final edits of Digital Images sent within 2 Business days of submission If Portrait Session includes Prints or Products, a Delivery/Pickup date will be scheduled

If the on-site venue requested by the client includes a Location Usage fee, the amount will be billed to the Client. The fee must be paid in full 72hrs before the session to ensure availability.

Sessions can be rescheduled without a FEE if change is made within 72 hours of session. The new date must be scheduled within 30 days of initial appointment.

Cancellation of any appointment will result in a loss of the session fee and any associating photography fees that were for the purpose of booking, reserving, and/or conducting the photography shoot. *Please note that there are no refunds, however, we would be happy to reschedule. Please arrive to your session 10 minutes early and Photo Ready (wearing 1st Look) Arrival after 10 minutes into session time, contact will be attempted and a reschedule fee of $50 will be rendered. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered cancelled.*Please view the Cancellation Policy

The studio does not release raw images unless the client has entered into a Corporate Client Contract with the studio. All sessions include color corrections and standard retouching. Additional editing can be requested for a fee. i.e Marketing Firm, Modeling Agency, Production Studio

Events with 2hr+ duration Corporate/Company Headshots

Yes! The Digital Images include the Copyright Release. The studio does hold the right to use any and all images taken for advertising and marketing purposes.

A travel fee of $30 will be invoiced for sessions outside a 20 mile radius of Killeen, TX. For sessions 40+ miles outside of "Company" radius will be invoiced $20/hr one way plus 0.56 cents per mile *Standard Mileage Rates | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov)

Banquets, Galas and Balls with expected attendance of at least 100+ people do not require a payment from the Booking Party. Transactions will be from services rendered to attendees.
